Delete your account

How to delete

1. In the app: Profile → Delete my account → confirm.
2. On this page: sign in with Google, then tap the “Delete my account” button below.
3. By email: from your account’s Google email address, write “Delete my account” to bilgi@g360.ai. Your account is deleted within 30 days and you get a reply.

Data that is deleted

• Name, email address, profile photo URL and Google account ID
• Favorites (including deletion records of favorites you removed), recently viewed and the “view later” list
• Sign-in records (time, IP address, sign-in method)

Deletion cannot be undone. Favorites saved in the app on your phone stay only on that device; uninstalling the app deletes them too.

Data that is kept

After deletion, no data linked to your account is kept. No records are kept under a legal retention obligation. Technical database recovery copies are deleted automatically within 30 days at most.

Account and sign-in data

• Collected: with Google sign-in, your name, email, profile photo URL and Google account ID; favorites and recently viewed; sign-in records (time, IP address, sign-in method).
• Purpose: to sign you in, to sync favorites and recently viewed across devices, and to protect the account against abuse.
• Retention: while the account is open. Sign-in records and favorite deletion records are deleted automatically after 180 days.
• Sharing: not sold, not used for ads, not shared with third parties.
• Deletion: by any of the three ways on this page.
